MobileMonday Belfast Launch
MobileMonday Belfast had a great start in Belfast on 21 April 2008 (on the topic of Mobile Advertising) with 60 professionals attending, all eager to learn and network with others.
MobileMonday is a global not-for-profit organisation that helps bring together industry professionals interested in mobile around the world through monthly gatherings and other online activities. The global site is at

Northern Ireland has a lot of eager software companies that already work in or will do something in the mobile space, leading to real innovation. Yet there is no organised community for people engaged with anything mobile in NI, so we thought that since MobileMonday does just that around the world, it should happen here too.
