E-Synergy manages a number of specialist funds including: two £5m Early Growth Funds for English companies, a £2m Scottish Co-investment Fund, a £1m pre-commercial grants for a group of London universities and a £5m Early Growth Fund for Northern Irish companies.

Throughout E-Synergy’s life we have developed an acclaimed series of Investment Readiness Programmes. The workshop sessions put up to ten companies together and aims to help companies understand the investor perspective as well as giving a thorough grounding in a range of issues including strategic planning, sales and marketing techniques, intellectual property licensing, corporate finance and legal agreements.

This is used to condition our investment pipeline and get to know prospective investee companies. Details of the two Introductory Seminars are attached and prospective companies are encouraged to contact Kirsten Campbell if you are interested in attending one of the two dates.

The Investment Readiness Programmes is sponsored by Invest Northern Ireland.

Is your company appropriate for investment?

Do you know what investors are looking for?

    Do you speak investors’ language?

Raising investment can often seem enigmatic and frustrating, but it needn’t be. Raising capital is like selling. Before you meet prospective clients, you need to figure out who to approach, understand your prospects’ needs, and speak their language. There is no dark art to raising finance, just a bit of education and a lot of preparation.

The E-Synergy Investment Readiness Programme is developed and delivered by experienced fundraising team and is designed to enlighten entrepreneurs about the investment raising process. This Introductory Seminar gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn more about E-Synergy and the full Investment Readiness Programme and will give us a chance to meet you and answer questions you may have is this area.

The next two workshop will be held on Monday, 22 June and Wednesday 1 July 2009, and is available through invitation only. There is limited capacity and registrations will be taken on a first come first serve basis, so please register early.
