It’s amazing to think that Apple opened up iTunes to support apps not even six years ago, and that Google wasn’t far behind with its own Android ecosystem. In 2013 alone, Gartner estimates that 102 billion apps were downloaded worldwide! And while gaming and less serious apps dominate the landscape, BUSINESS-oriented apps may prove the most important when it comes to dictating the success of many professionals and their companies.

Here in NI, our cluster of companies in mobile are churning out an ever-increasing number of B2B apps for professionals and businesses, mostly based on a SaaS business model.

Our networking event is all about hearing the stories from the people behind developing such “Business apps” and the prospects of this huge market segment. Sooner or later your company will join the bandwagon and “have an app” (or two, or more), so join us for an evening of eye-popping revelations and a good chunk of very useful networking.

Do register on time as the number of places is limited. And please only ask for a free ticket if youknow you will be coming (we have the names of the serial no-show folks)!

A big Thank You to our host Mobile Report Ltd (authors of GoReport) in Newtownbreda and pizza/beer sponsors. Thier global HQ are conveniently located off the dual carriageway (A55) near Forestside (ample parking space, first building on your right when you enter the business park).

5:30-6:15pm: Networking over pizza & beer

6:15pm-7:15pm: Presentations

7:15-8pm: More networking to improve your business prospects.
